Role Overview
As an Associate – Fulfilment Center, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day operations at the warehouse, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory management, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You’ll work closely with the FC team to maintain smooth operations and deliver customer delight.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
- Perform inventory management tasks – stock counting, reconciliation, and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse tools/equipment (scanners, trolleys, etc.) as per SOPs.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment while minimizing errors.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards within the FC.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve operational issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance FC efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse/fulfilment center/logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and warehouse systems.
- Ability to work with basic warehouse technology tools (handheld scanners, ERP/WMS systems preferred).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse operations.
- Graduate/Diploma preferred (any discipline).
