About the Role

As an Associate – Operations Excellence, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement across business processes. You will be responsible for analyzing operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing best practices that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives across regional operations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Standardize processes and create SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, compliance, and productivity goals are met.
• Track and report KPIs & metrics to monitor performance and progress.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support automation and digitization projects to streamline workflows.
• Provide training and guidance to operational teams to ensure adoption of best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or business excellence.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.
