Role Summary – General Manager – Operations:
As General Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, P&L ownership, and client success across key business lines. You will lead large teams and collaborate with cross-functional units to ensure service excellence, profitability, and scalability across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee operational delivery across multiple projects and regions
- Develop and execute strategic plans for operational efficiency and growth
- Manage client relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs & KPIs
- Optimize processes through automation, digitization, and best practices
- Own the P&L and ensure financial performance aligns with organizational targets
- Implement strong governance, reporting structures, and quality frameworks
- Lead large-scale teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—sales, HR, finance, and tech—for seamless execution
- Drive innovation in service models to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related discipline (MBA preferred)
- 12–18 years of experience in managing large-scale operations in staffing, outsourcing, or BPO/KPO industries
- Proven track record in P&L management and process excellence
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of business process optimization, service delivery, and SLA management
- Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or operational automation tools is a plus
