Role Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end delivery of testing projects, including test strategy, planning, team management, client engagement, and driving innovation. The Test Manager will also support business growth through pre-sales and optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery, quality assurance, and stakeholder management
- Define and oversee test strategies, estimations, and project plans
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of testing projects
- Drive revenue realization, resource utilization, and project margin goals
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes and compliance
- Lead team development, mentoring, and upskilling
- Promote innovation through tools, automation, and process improvement
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high CSAT/PSAT scores
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management capabilities
- Experience in managing multiple testing projects and client portfolios
- Proficient in test lifecycle management and stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with automation, tools development, and innovation initiatives
- Ability to coach, mentor, and build a high-performance team
