Job Title: Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure best practices are followed across the Salesforce development lifecycle. Your expertise will drive platform optimization, process efficiency, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) to meet business requirements.
  • Define system architecture and integration strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams, integration designs, and data models.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Salesforce development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure quality assurance of all deployments.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and leverage new functionalities to enhance the platform.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve Salesforce-related technical issues.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver scalable, secure, and optimized solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–12 years of professional experience, with strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
  • Exposure to mobile app development on the Salesforce platform is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Architect / Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies in fast-paced environments.

Education & Experience

  • Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 7–12 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹25,00,000 – ₹30,00,000 per annum
