Role Overview

As the SAP PMO, you will lead the Project Management Office for SAP implementations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects by coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the SAP implementation projects, overseeing all PMO activities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project management tools and processes.
  • Support resource management, including allocation and utilization.
  • Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to align with project goals.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members in project management best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10–15 years in project management, with a focus on SAP implementations.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP modules and components.
  • Language Proficiency: JLPT N3/N2/N1 certification is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tools: Proficiency in project management tools and software.
