About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work with multiple modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, and HRSD, while ensuring scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and maintain modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), CSM, FSM, and HRSD.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain documentation and adherence to development best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development: scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, flow designer.
- Hands-on experience in ITSM, CSM, FSM, and HRSD modules.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
