Job Description

The Specialist – Stores & Linefeed will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials to production lines, managing store operations, and driving efficiency in line feeding processes. This role is crucial for maintaining uninterrupted production, lean material flow, and operational excellence within the Farm & Equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

Line Feed Operations

  • Plan and execute timely material delivery to production lines.
  • Coordinate with production and planning teams to avoid line stoppages.
  • Implement FIFO practices and promote lean material flow.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage store & line feed staff.
  • Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks per production schedules.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training & upskilling support.

Process Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for operational efficiency.
  • Drive 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support digitalization and automation in material handling.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and share daily MIS reports on inventory, shortages, and line feed status.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and procurement teams.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and audit readiness.

Candidate Requirements
